Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads (PDF, EPUB, and system-agnostic text assets), they cannot be physically returned or regularized once access is granted. By completing a purchase or processing a checkout on our store, you explicitly agree to the following framework.

🛡️ 1. Digital Product Finality

• All Sales Are Final: Once an ebook, adventure seed pack, or GM tool is purchased and the secure delivery link is generated, the item cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or credits for a change of mind, system incompatibility (our products are universally system-agnostic), or accidental orders discovered after downloading.

⚖️ 2. Conditional Exceptions & Resolving Issues

We want you to have seamless session prep. We will evaluate and process refunds strictly under the following two operational scenarios:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase identical copies of the exact same digital asset within a 48-hour period, email our studio with your receipts. We will issue a swift refund for the duplicate transaction.

• Corrupted or Defective Files: If a download link fails, or if a PDF file has broken text layers, missing tables, or unreadable maps, contact support immediately. If our team cannot deliver a fixed, functional file asset to you within 3 business days, we will issue a full refund.

🎲 3. Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) & Free Tier Rules

• Voluntary Contributions: Any financial contribution submitted above $0.00 on our Pay-What-You-Want community resources is classified as a voluntary tip to support the creator studio. These micro-contributions are 100% non-refundable.

• Free Content Access: Free resources require a valid email to process secure server checkout. Free accounts do not register payment details and are ineligible for billing inquiries.

📋 4. Anti-Piracy & Anti-Fraud Compliance

• PDF Stamping: All premium TTRPG modules are cryptographically stamped on the page margins with your purchase email address and unique order number at checkout.

• Chargeback Tracking: Initiating a PayPal chargeback or "item not received" claim for an successfully delivered digital file will result in the immediate blacklisting of your email from all future releases, community platforms, and free tool distributions.

If you experience a genuine technical issue downloading your file, please email us directly with your Order ID and the Checkout Email Address used.
